We aim to ship all UK orders within 5 working days and International within 7 working days.
We use a variety of postal services to ensure the most efficient and cost effective solution. All items are sent in either a hard-backed envelope or postal tube for protection.
All items are sent tracked and we will provide you with tracking details as soon as the item ships.
We also offer Express shipping options should you want your print delivered sooner.
If you would like your item shipped to an alternative address, please ensure you do this at the check out stage as we cannot change addresses once item has been shipped.

Prints - Colours & Sizes.
As each and every one of our hip hop posters and music prints are made to order and we do not hold stock, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We also do not accept cancellations.

Image quality and sharpness on-screen is as close to print quality as possible. Please note that for our extra large prints, image sharpness may depreciate slightly on close inspection due to scaling.

We can offer custom sizes and even particular colour-ways on some occasions. Just contact us to ask about custom orders.

Gift wrapping and packaging
We don’t offer a gift-wrapping service but our items come ‘white label’ which means they don’t have
branding on them - so if your product arrives as a gift for someone, they won’t be able to tell where
it’s from until they open it!
